Our Angel Babe
Tytan Jordan Walker, valiant baby boy of Jordan and Teisha Shepherd Walker gained his angel wings and returned home to his Heavenly Parents on Sunday, October 20, 2013 in his parents arms at Primary Children’s Hospital due to heart failure.
Tytan was born on April 20, 2013 with two rare congenital heart defects called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. Tytan came into this world with challenges, but his precious body and valiant spirit fought hard to survive despite many surgeries and complications.
He is our little miracle and we feel blessed for every single moment of the six months we had him here on earth. Tytan’s divine purpose in life was to receive a body and bless the lives of all who knew him. Tytan had a special way of touching lives and taught all of us many important lessons. He is a true hero and taught us all what it means to “Never Give Up”! He was so brave and courageous every day of his life. Tytan fought until the very end, and we couldn’t be more proud of him.
His big blue eyes and sweet little smile were contagious to all whom he came in contact with. No matter the condition of his health, you could guarantee a smile out of him. Tytan loved life and lived each day to the fullest even if he was in the hospital room where he spent much of his life. Tytan loved bath time, kicking, cooing, rocking with his mommy, music, going for walks, and mostly spending his days playing with his big sister who adored him. His tiny little body radiated light and strength in every day.
Although few, we will cherish the days we shared with our most perfect boy, Tytan and our lives have been changed forever. We felt it a privilege to be the parents and have the opportunity to raise our little man as long as we did. We are so grateful he chose us as his family. Some people never have the chance to meet their heroes, we gave birth to ours! We love you so much Baby Tytan and will miss you beyond words. He will be dearly missed by his parents, and his adoring second mommy, big sister Azleigh Mae. He is also survived by his grandparents David and Linda Shepherd of Levan, UT, Jeff and Michelle Walker of Fountain Green, Utah, great grandparents Bob and Margaret Olsen of Spring City, UT Clark and Diane Walker and Duane and Linda Marsh all of Fountain Green, UT, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved their “Baby Tyt” very much! He is preceded in death by his great grandparents Kent and Marva Shepherd. We love you Baby Tytan, our arms and heart ache to be with you and rock you again. We anxiously await for the time we reunite as a forever family! Funeral Services will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday, October 26th at the Nephi Utah Stake Center, 100 W 350 No. A viewing will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, October 25th at the Anderson Funeral Home, 94 West 300 North in Nephi, and one hour prior to the services on Saturday. Tytan will be interred in the Levan Cemetery. Please join us in the celebration of his short, but courageous life!
